Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for the intended purpose.
Clients retain ownership of any content or materials provided to Sylva Staffing for project execution.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement, including business data, strategies, and personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sylva Staffing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.
While we strive to provide accurate and effective marketing solutions, we do not guarantee specific results.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Clients remain responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
Sylva Staffing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Illinois and the city of Chicago. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.
